Generally, the instrumental control is executed by topographic monitoring or the installation of inclinometer stations.

Inclinometer measurements allow us to precisely detect sliding surfaces, to control magnitude, velocity and direction of landslide movements, therefore, to get very important data to evaluate hazards.

The same data can then be utilized for area stabilization planning.
